My approach is always very much child centred. It is built around the foundations of courage and kindness, where staff feel completely supported and supportive of each other and who are able to learn to separate the behaviour from the child, and who are bold enough to take responsibility.

Each environment is different and after understanding what your issues and challenges are, I will tailor a package of support bespoke to you and your situation.

A Behaviour Consultation
This option can help with a particular student/class. This is aimed at teachers, Headteachers, Governors, parents or carers - pretty much anyone who has a specific problem they want help with.

Workshops
Using your real-time challenges, these roll your sleeves up sessions put relational principles into practice, offering practical solutions and strategies to support your teaching and support staff tackle issues to ensure all youngsters can achieve their potential in a supportive, wholly inclusive way.

Whole School Training Programme
This programme is tailored to you and can include half a day, one off training, or a 2-3 month ongoing programme, that would look at developing a whole school strategy aiming to achieve a safer, happier environment for all.

Difficult Behaviour Introduction Course
This course works through the foundations of my approach, that ‘wholly inclusive’ means just that and is not only desirable and vital for the welfare of the student but entirely possible. Using case studies and real-time examples, I will demonstrate how changes from the adults bring about very significant, rapid and positive changes in student behaviour.

I can work on either a retained or as-needed basis to become your go-to resource by telephone, video, email and/or face to face meetings. You may need just a few minutes to confer and brainstorm an approach, or more in-depth support on a particular issue.

Programming & Reporting Support
Experienced in both OFSTED and SEMH reporting, I can work with you to diagnose, analyse and interpret your data to create reporting formats and results for your learning environment as well as working with your teams to achieve the desired results.
